 Celebrity stylist Toyin Lawani has said that the hair she put on cost her N4 million.  The mother of two revealed this in an Instagram post on Monday. She shared a video of the hair stylist making the hair. “Got inspired by @iamcardib with the hair, this hair cost 4m via @ebosshair. They had to create 7 full heads of hair into this craft,” she wrote. Toyin turned a year older on Monday. She shared several pictures ranging from fully clothed, nude, paper bags, cutlery set wears and so on. Cardi B had shared a video of herself getting her hair fixed on Instagram on February 24. She said she used six wigs to create the look.

 Josep Maria Bartomeu has been arrested by Spanish police for his involvement in the 'Barcagate' smear campaign scandal during his time as their club president. Bartomeu is one of four people to have been arrested so far, with Barcelona's CEO Oscar Grau and head of legal services Roman Gomez Ponti two of those. Jaume Masferrer, who acted as an adviser to Bartomeu, is the other. On Monday morning, Spanish police entered Barcelona's Nou Camp stadium in a search and seize operation. Bartomeu was arrested at home. The Economic Crimes Unit of the Catalonia Police Force are overseeing the searches.  A mum who was admitted into hospital after contracting coronavirus suffered a still birth. Medics found the dead foetus had also tested positive with the virus. The Israeli mum suffered a still birth after being admitted to hospital with the deadly disease. However, it is unclear whether the virus caused the death of the unborn child, however, officials say the foetus also tested positive for Covid. Medics in Israel discovered the unborn child had died in the womb after the mum suffered a two day fever, reports Times of Israel. Doctors at the hospital, near Tel Aviv, then tested the unborn child and found it had also been infected with Covid-19. It was the first known incident of its kind in Israel and rare globally, the country's Health Ministry said. The woman suffered a stillbirth after contracting coronavirus. The tragedy followed another similar case in the country the previous week. A 29-year-old woman was found to have been carrying the virus after she suffered a stillbirth

 MTN Nigeria Communications Plc (MTN Nigeria) announces its audited for the financial year ended 31 December 2020. MTN Nigeria’s mobile subscriber base grew 19% year-on-year and stood at 76.5 million with active data users increased by 7.4 million to 32.6 million (up by 29.4%). In the year, according to the financial statements of the firm released to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and analysed by Brand Spur, the sum of N1.346 trillion was generated in the year, higher than the N1.169 trillion achieved in 2019, an increase of 15.1%. MTN Nigeria's profit after tax grew 0.9% to N205 billion while the Profit before tax (PBT) also grew by 2.6% to N298.9 billion. A 400 level Student was allegedly stabbed in university of Ilorin while reading in one of the school's lecture hall. This has caused panic among the student who are always going to read in the lecture hall preparing for some tests and exams.  The school's authority has therefore told the students to stop all night classes till the sch has resumed fully.  He said; Dear Students, We have received news of the ugly incident that occured at about 7.30pm today with respect to the attack on Ajibola Olamide , a 400 level MCB student. The attack from yet to be identified invader was said to be due to attempt to hijack the victim's laptop while studying in one of the lecture halls. The situation is calm now. Olamide is very stable and receiving deserved attention. Security operatives are equally on ground for expected role.  We appeal for no panic situation as there is no need for such.  Filmmaker Kemi Adetiba has released a documentary teaser of the making of the sequel to her movie King of Boys.  The 41-year-old shared the video on Instagram on Friday. The video featured several actors including Taiwo Ajai-Lycett, Sola Sobowale, Nse Ikpe-Etim and Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD). King of Boys sequel is a Netflix original movie. Kemi has been teasing fans about the movie since they finished shooting in November 2020. She took to social media to announce that they were done on the set of the movie. “Can’t believe it, what a ride! Thank you everyone for the prayers and well wishes sent to guide us,” she wrote. Fans including singer Adekunle Gold have begged Kemi to release the movie. King of Boys is a 2018 Nigerian political thriller film written, co-produced and directed by Kemi Adetiba.  Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has been appointed ambassador for peace building by the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC).  Tonto revealed this in an Instagram post on Friday. The actress shared a picture of herself and the executive secretary of NCPC Rev. Yakubu Pam at his office in Abuja. Tonto said, “We had an extensive deliberation on NCPC vision, dissecting the values for National development and youth involvement in peace building in line with the NCPC’s mandate.” The actress also solicited prayers from her followers for the peace building mission.  Rappers Vector and MI Abaga have reportedly ended their beef and are set to collaborate on a song titled ‘Crown of Clay’.  This was announced by both rappers on Twitter on Thursday. Their beef started in 2016 with cypher clashes and was fueled by MI’s 2017 song ‘You Rappers Should Fix Up Your Life’. The song would go on to win the awards for both the Best Rap Single and Lyricist On The Roll at The Headies 2018. Several diss tracks between the duo persisted from 2018 and 2020. Announcing the collaboration, Vector wrote: “You know what to do to your post notification. #CrownOfClay.” On his part, MI wrote: “Crown of Clay. V & M. Soon.” The two rappers were on the same song together for the first time on Mayorkun’s ‘Geng Naija Remix’ in 2020.
